OMG. This is incredible.
Artist Scott Weaver spent 35 years creating this amazingly complicated kinetic sculpture of San Francisco: Rolling through the Bay. Ping pong balls roll through all the neighborhoods and iconic sites of the city by the bay, which he recreated using only glue and toothpicks. Although it’s by no means the largest toothpick sculpture, it is the only one that involves moving parts. And it happens to be of my favorite city, SF.
